Obituary for Brian Lee Chapman

Brian Lee Chapman, 44, of Bridgeport passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at United Hospital Center. He was born January 24, 1970, in Clarksburg a son of Dr. Minter L. Chapman of Bridgeport and the late Judith Rae Dennison.
He is survived by three sisters, Catherine A. Born and her husband Howard of Cannonsburg, PA and their children, Kimberly Dorus and her husband Justin and their son, Jayden, Sean Blackwell and Christopher Blackwell of Pittsburgh. Sister Lisa R. Michael and her husband Jeff of Bridgeport and their children Samantha Hale and her husband Derek and their children, Gavin and Gracie Hale, Alexia Michael of Bridgeport and Addison Michael and his wife Jennifer of Cleveland, OH. Sister Lori S. Voltin and her husband Rodger of Little River, SC and their children Joshua Voltin, Trey Voltin and Sara Voltin all of Little River, SC; his Aunt Susan Simpson of Columbus, OH and his Uncle Butch Dennison and his wife Sharon of Clarksburg; and several first cousins.
Brian was a member of Simpson Creek Baptist church and he had many friends and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
A memorial service celebrating Brian’s life will be held for the family at a later date with Rev. Dr. C. Michael Hopkins presiding.
