Obituary for Hope Brunty

Hope Brunty, 48, of Stonewood, passed away Friday morning, September 12, 2014, in the United Hospital Center following an extended illness. She was born on March 9, 1966, in Naples, FL, a daughter of Virginia Faye Price Tripp, who survives in Nutter Fort, and the late George Raymond Hamilton.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving husband, Robert Brunty; a daughter, Raichelle Brunty, Lorado, WV; her sister, Talean Miller, Lake George, IN; an Aunt, Dee Sons, Naples, FL;; sisters-in-law, Cathy Brunty, Winnabow, NC; Rose Slack, Lundale, WV; Mary Jeffery, Newport News, VA, and Nita Brunty, Leland, NC; a special friend, Michelle Ramsey; and a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Maggie Sue and John Emory Price.
Hope had completed Brunswick Community College. She was a substitute teacher in Bolivia, NC, a former manager at WalMart, and a caregiver through Interem. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
She was a caring and loving person who had a very kind heart that never turned anyone away.

Graveside services will be held at Highland Memory Gardens, Logan, WV, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014.
