Condolence From: Mickey and Mike Griffith
Condolence: Marlene, Randy, Chad, and their families,
We will always remember Charlie as a sweet, soft spoken, husband, father, grandfather, and dear friend. He was always a real gentleman and the love and pride he had for his wife, his boys, daughter-in-laws, and grandchildren was so obvious. We know this because as he spoke of them he had a smile on his face that speed from one ear to the other. He was a hard worker and very proud of his home and his accomplishments. Marlene, I know we haven't been as close since our boys have grown up and moved on with their own families but please know that we so appreciate that you and Charlie were such wonderful role models for our son David. The time he spent at your home provided him with wonderful memories and examples of a well grounded family unit. Mike and I will be forever grateful to you, Charlie, and your boys. We will miss Charlie ,and boys, I know that I don't have to mention this, but please take care of your mother. We miss and love everyone. Our deepest sympathy to our dear friends.

Condolence From: Sherrie Ann Cheuvront Ash
Condolence: What an awesome man in my life! We had so many great times and lots of memories. The best was when he accidently told me the truth about Santa Claus...oops! I'm proud to have been the niece that was always mistaken as his daughter because I looked so much like him. Even though Uncle Charles was quiet when it came to his military service, we chatted about it once and he knew I was so proud of all he endured in Vietnam. Last, but certainly not least, him and Aunt Marlene became my second parents more than once in my life, they are truly a blessing to me. As Uncle Charles passes to be with Jesus, I'm sure Grandma and Grandpa welcomed him with open arms too. Thanks for all your love!!! Your beloved dachshunds and I will be missing your smiles and hugs until we meet again in Heaven. Prayers for Aunt Marlene, Randy, Jenna, Aiden, Simon, Chad, Liza, and Darryan. Love you guys so much!

Condolence: I just want to say how very much Uncle Charles will be missed, his infectious laugh and him being ornery, making us kids copy his motions of waving (hands to side of our face and duck face lips):)...God Bless..Aunt Marlene and Randy, Jenna, Chad and Liza...and the kids....Love you All......
