Obituary for Betty Lou Crouse (Drainer)

Betty Lou Crouse, 83, of Augusta, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 22, 2015. She was born in Flemington on March 6, 1932, a daughter of the late Wade and Lida Rapp Drainer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Eugene Crouse.
She is survived by six children, Paul J. Crouse; Steve Crouse and his wife Gaye; Doris Vance and her husband Bret; David Crouse; Debbie Wisniewski and her husband Leonard; and Mark Crouse and his wife Dora; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jack and Bobbi Crouse and Eddie and Patty Crouse; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Zelda Helms; and two brothers, Norman and Martin Drainer.
Betty was a homemaker who enjoyed going to church, painting, and spending time with her family.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Saturday, August 29, 2015, from 10 – 11 a.m., where services will be held at 11 a.m. with Sister Mary Wilson presiding. Interment will follow in Bridgeport Cemetery.
