Obituary for Debi S. Harold

Debra S. “Debi” Harold, 58, of Bridgeport, passed away Tuesday morning, November 15, 2016, in Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born in Clarksburg on September 29, 1958, a daughter of Virginia Thelma (Williams) Slonaker, who survives in Bridgeport, and the late George L. Slonaker, Jr.
She is survived by her husband Rob Harold, whom she married December 5, 1980.
She is also survived by two sons, Jeremy Harold and his wife Brittany; and Keith Harold and his wife Shelby; and a granddaughter, Adalyn, all of Bridgeport.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert “Bob” Slonaker, Richard “Dick” Slonaker; and John Slonaker.
Debi was a graduate of Bridgeport High School, Class of 1976 and she was co-owner of United Sound and Electronics as well as a homemaker. She enjoyed visiting Amish Country, especially Sugar Creek with her best friend Annie. She also enjoyed arts and crafts, home interior, the spring time, and her dogs Molly and Sadie. Above all she enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter.
Family and friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport on Thursday from 5 – 8 p.m., where services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 18. Interment will follow Bridgeport Cemetery.
