Condolence: Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. I got to meet Jay and work with him years ago through state bar work and then later we worked on several matters and he also mediated cases for me. A fine man, great WVU fan (we share the love of our Mountaineers) and superb lawyer, we are at a loss with his passing. My thoughts and prayers to his many friends and family.
