Mary Caldwell  Bailey
Mary Caldwell Bailey, 88, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017. She was born in Spelter on February 5, 1929, a daughter of the late Conrad and Icy Mae (Yeager) Caldwell.
She is survived by her husband Fred Bailey, whom she married May 28, 1968.
Also surviving are her son, Greg Joseph of Port St. Lucie, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Gary Joseph; her sisters, Millie Singleton, Neva Myers, Thelma Paugh, Bess Kennedy, Deloris O’Field, and Minnie Mullens; and three brothers, Julius Caldwell, Ernest Caldwell, and Robert Caldwell.
Mary graduated from Victory High School in 1946, and she retired from Brockway Glass after 33 years of service. She and her husband Fred ran the Odyssey Supper Club for over 20 years. She was a lifetime member of the Moose, American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries. She was a member of United Methodist Temple, Clarksburg.

Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, from 2-8 p.m. on Monday, where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, with Pastor Dustin McCune presiding. Interment will follow in Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.
