Obituary for William "Bill" Ware

William L. "Bill" Ware, 59, of Clarksburg, passed away Wednesday morning, January 10, 2018, in the United Hospital Center. He was born September 17, 1958, in Clarksburg, a son of the late Paul L. Ware and Carol E. White Ware.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Ware, in June 2002.

He is survived by a daughter, Katie Ware, Clarksburg; four brothers and sisters, Debbie Galloway and her husband Richard of TX; Paula Hardman of Clarksburg; Paul Mark Ware and his wife Sharon of Grafton; and Tim Ware of Morgantown; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ware, and a brother-in-law, Paul Hardman.

Bill was a graduate of R-W High School, Class of 1977, and then served in the US Marine Corp. He had worked at Eagle Glass as a glass blower for many years, and also enjoyed working at Sam’s Club as a greeter. He loved to watch wrestling and football, and loved eating pizza.

Friends may call at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Saturday, January 13, 2018, from 5 – 8 pm. Following the visitation, Bill will be cremated, and interment will be held at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
