I had met Troy in the National guard in 1995. I had moved to Wv from Tx . He seemed good Hearted and understanding. As for myself I was always up for a good story or willing to learn. He was in charge of the truck drivers and I was an Equipment operator as well as a truck driver. But at times when Troy would see me frustrated he would walk over to me and ask if I would like to talk about what's bothering .from then we became good friends. We I couldn't believe it when I seen that My old Friend Troy left me without saying Good bye. I just know God Has another Angel. RIP. My friend
