Obituary for Alfred Lee "Fred" Molina

Alfred “Fred” Molina, 76, of Clarksburg, passed away at his home on Thursday, July 5, 2018. He was born on July 27, 1941 in Anmoore a son of the late Jose C. Molina and Jennie Yankosky Molina.
He is survived by his fiancée of eight years, Debrah Ray with whom he made his home; three children, Alfred Duane Molina and his wife Tammy of Clarksburg, Gretchen Griffin and her husband John of Jane Lew, and Kevin Molina of Outer Banks, NC; eight grandchildren, JD Molina, Tre Roach, Meshaila Molina, Jenna Molina, Brianna Hall, Josh Hall, Liz Griffin, Ariana Griffin and; and six great grandchildren; six brothers and sisters, Joe and Kay Molina, Patricia Pumphrey, Mary Jane Blidgett and her husband Tony, James Molina and his wife Marsha, John Molina and his wife Phyllis, Michael Molina and his husband Jim Abbott; he also had many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his son, David Alan Molina; one brother, Robert Molina and one sister, Anita Molina and one brother-in-law Joe Pumphrey.
Fred was a 1961 graduate of Notre Dame High School and worked at Union Carbide for 19 years. He also owned two Dairy Queen Stores, one in Clarksburg and one in Shinnston. He also owned coffee shops in CO as well as working at Monford Meat Factory in CO. He was also employed with Walmart as a receiving clerk until his retirement. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and golfing.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pancreatic Research (NFPTR, John Hopkins Hospital, CRBII, Room 341, 1550 Orleans Street, Baltimore, MD 21231).
Family and friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 4-7 pm, where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm
Committal services will be held at a later date by the family.
