The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Cleo Rollins can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Cleo will be missed by the Hacker's Creek Pioneer Descendants (HCPD) in Horner, WV. The annual HCPD Family Gathering is the 2nd weekend in August beginning on the Thursday and ending on Sunday. For those that stay through Sunday, we enjoy attending our ancestor's churches for the Sunday service.
A particular year we visited Law Chapel with a pump organ which I graciously played for the service. After the service, the HCPD members gathered around Cleo and her family members in the back of the Chapel to listen to them sing with Cleo playing a dulcimer and I on the pump organ.
That was a special moment! Such a sweet lady!
Cleo will be missed. God bless to all.

Condolence: Cleo was one of the sweetest people I have ever known. She was such a big part of West Virginia Heritage Crafts and will be terribly missed. She had attended our special events for many years, singing and playing her wide range of musical instruments and at the same time educating people. From the time my granddaughter was a tiny little kid she would gravitate to wherever Cleo was set up for the day, and it never failed that Cleo would have her "playing" one of those awesome instruments. There is one more in God's Heavenly band. Cleo you will be so missed by all of us.

Condolence: Mrs. Rollins was one of my favorite teachers at Nutter Fort Grade School. Because of her way of teaching by adding music, I can still sing all the WV Counties alphabetically. She had a wonderful way with children and her love of music I believe passed on to many of her students. She will be missed.
