Obituary for Thomas Lee Sendling

Thomas Lee Sendling, 42, of Sugar Camp Road passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 in Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born on March 12, 1976 in Clarksburg, a son of the late Bobby Eugene Sendling and Norma Jean Quinn.
He is survived by his fiancée, Melissa Stout of Sugar Camp; two children Patience Olson of Bridgeport and Thomas James Sendling of Shinnston; two grandchildren, Briley Olson and Oliver Morrow; six brothers and sisters, Robert Sendling and his wife Rebecca of Enterprise, Jeffrey Wayne Sendling of Enterprise, Debbie Sendling and her companion Patch Sandy of Enterprise, Donald Sendling, Sr. and his wife Linda of Lamberts Run, Patricia Minear and her husband Donald of Hutchison and Kelly Jean Sendling; two aunts, Martha Sparkman and her husband James of Shinnston and Carol Wallace of Spelter; three uncles, Terry Quinn and his companion Darlene of Clarksburg, Gary Sendling and his wife Ruth of Gregory’s Run and Junior Sendling of Cambria; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Thomas attended Lincoln High School and was employed with Winans Cleaning service as well as Pete Dye Golf Course. Most of all, he liked working with his brothers. He enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing and playing in the woods. He was a lifetime member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Shinnston.
Family and friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport on Monday, February 11, 2019 from 2-6 pm, where funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 pm with Pastor Tom Brown presiding. Cremation services will follow the funeral services.
