With heavy hearts, the Morris family announces the passing of its beloved Stephen Auston Morris on February 19, 2019 in Morgantown, West Virginia. Auston touched so many lives with his quick wit, creativity and unselfish kindness for everyone…especially strangers. The lives of those who knew him, even just a little, may seem a little darker these days, as we all have lost a shining light. But for many, he leaves us smiling through our tears.

Auston will be missed every day by his Father, Stephen L. Morris; his Mother, Keri Glenn Morris; Stepmother, Holly Morris; Sister, Tyler; Brother, Houston; Stepbrother, Zach Henry; and Grandmother, Tricia Glenn. He is survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and dear friends; but now rests with his Grandfathers, Roy Lee Morris and H. Stephen Glenn; Grammy Annette Morris, and his Uncle “Fish” Lee Morris. His love lives on through his cherished GodDaughter Stella and his best friend Craig.

Friends and family will be received on Sunday, February 24th, 2019 from 1pm to 3pm at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, WV, with a Celebration of Life Service immediately following. An additional memorial service will be held in Lexington, SC on Saturday March 2nd, 2019.
