Harvey Howard Wright, 71, of Clarksburg passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at his home.
He was born on June 17, 1948 in Clarksburg, a son of the late Harvey Hayward Wright and Ruby Jane Snyder Wright.
He is survived by his wife Lexie Virginia Wright;6 children, Rebecca Harris and her husband Kenny of Lumberport, Cheryl Cropp and her husband Russell of Clarksburg, Jackie Gorby and her husband Dennis of Clarksburg, Shiela Delaney of Clarksburg, Gary Elder of OH and Kevin Elder of Clarksburg; twelve grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren; one sister, Rose Grove of OK and one brother-in-law Bill Lott of Mount Clare.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert Wright and one sister, Ruth Lott.
Harvey was a graduate of South Harrison High School and worked at the Pepsi Plant for 30 years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport on Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 1-3 pm, where funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 pm. Cremation services will be provided by Burnside Funeral Home
