Obituary for Randall Ray Kelley

Randall Kelley passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at the age of 62, at Ruby Memorial Hospital from a short, unexpected illness.

Randy is survived by his beautiful wife, Chrystal; his son, Seth Kelley and his wife Holly; his daughter, Leah McJilton and her husband Matt. He was a proud Papaw to three granddaughters: Avrie, Kambria, and Jula Kelley, and two grandsons: Bryce Kelley and Kelan McJilton. He is survived by one brother, David Kelley, and one sister, Ruth Ellen Thompson, and his mother-in-law, Shirley Webster.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Natalie Kelley of Rosemont, WV, and one brother, Gerald Kelley.

You will never witness a truer, stronger love than the one Randy had for his family. He was their rock. He worked hard his entire life creating a successful business, Victory Construction. If you met him, you could never forget him. If you knew him, you know he was one of the most generous, giving, and kind-hearted people you could ever know. He was the life and laughter of every party or event.
He attended Teens for Christ Church in Philippi, where he was very active in all aspects of their ministry. He was also generous in giving to missions and other worthy causes.

Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Friday from 5 – 8 p.m., where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021, with Reverend David Brady presiding. Interment will follow in Flemington I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
