Obituary for Steven P. Stout
Steven P. Stout,64, of Bridgeport, left this earth on Sunday morning, February 20, 2022, in the United Hospital Center. Steven was born in Harrison County, on December 21,1957, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell T. Stout. Steven was preceded in death by his mother Dixie L. (Poe) Emch.
Steven is survived by his father, Lowell T. Stout and his wife Linda, brothers Micheal (Gail)Stout of Mt. Clare, Scott (Connie) Stout of Clarksburg, Brian (Tammy)Stout of Texas, Lowell “Tom” (Lisa) Stout of West Milford, Chris (Jewel) Lambiotte of Georgia; sisters Stephanie (Paul) McInturff of Bridgeport, Lisa Julian of Florida, and several nieces and nephews.
Steven resided in Bridgeport as part of the Arc of Harrison County family. He left a lasting impression on every single person he met. He never knew a stranger, and was loved by all that knew him. He was content with the simple things in life. A cheeseburger and coke, wordsearch, “Duke Boys” and wrestling was all he needed; life was good. His good humor will be missed by all.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, from 11 a.m.-1p.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, where services will be held at 1:00p.m. with Scott Stout, his brother, presiding. Interment will follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Philippi.
