Obituary for Georgiann Moffett-Hines
Georgiann Moffett-Hines, of Rt. 58, Bridgeport, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023, following an extended illness.
She is survived by three daughters, Crystal Vincent and the late Richard Vincent; Candi Maditz; Christine O’Dell and her husband Leo; and bonus daughter Melissa Rhoades; 6 grandchildren, Tyler, Fallon, Delta, Dylan, Karla, and Elizabeth; and several great-grandchildren; and a sister Judy Fogg and her husband John.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Dorsey D. Moffett, Homer Diaz, and Dorsey (Shumi) Hines; her son, Kirk D. Moffett; three brothers, Dale, Gary and James; and four sisters, Juanita, Loretta, Shirley, and Patricia.
Georgiann was a proud business owner of North View Market for 35 years, where she was loved by all. She also worked for many years in the Deli at Foodland in Bridgeport. She loved to travel and spend time with her family. The best Mother in the world!!
