Obituary for Judith Ann McNemar (McDonald)

Judith A. McDonald McNemar, 68, of Bridgeport, passed away suddenly Sunday afternoon, April 19, 2015, at her residence. She was born in Clarksburg on January 19, 1947, a daughter of Virginia Maxine Brooks McDonald, who survives in Bridgeport, and the late Claude McDonald.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by three sons, Paul K. McNemar and his wife, Lisa, Berkeley Springs; David McNemar and his companion Leasa Edwards, Clarksburg; and Dean A. McNemar and his wife Bobbi, Bridgeport; a daughter, Paula D. Todd and her husband Chad, Clarksburg; grandchildren, Brandy McGary, Joshua McNemar, Jamie McNemar, Megan McNemar, Brent McNemar, Gina M. McNemar, Hannah Jo McNemar, Emma McNemar, Sara McNemar, Joseph McNemar, Clarissa Todd, Nicholas Todd, Aliya Todd, Andrew Todd, and Rene Todd; great-grandchildren, Zachary and Allie McGary; a sister, Mary Kay Paugh and her husband James, Bridgeport; a niece Marissa Kiddy and her sons Jamey and Cameron, of Bridgeport.
Judy was a graduate of Bridgeport High School, Class of 1964, and was a graduate of LJS Management School. She retired from Steak Escape in 2008 after 14 years of service. She enjoyed attending the services at Bridgeport Manor led by Grace Baptist Church. She also enjoyed genealogy, reading, and watching TV.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 11 – 3 and 4 – 8 p.m., where services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday with Reverend Jeff Ramsey presiding. After cremation, interment will be held in Bridgeport Cemetery.
