I was watching the television when I saw the notice. I was like no this can't be her. I called the Funeral Home and they confirmed the year Connie was born. Connie and I went to Towers Elementary School together. We went to Central Junior High School and to Washington-Irving High School. I have very happy memories of Connie especially when we were at Tower's Elementary Grade School. She had beautiful long blond hair. I never had to worry about Connie teasing me and that was such a relief. As I was a very timid and scared child. Connie always had a beautiful smile. I loved to hear her giggle and laugh. She was such a joy to be around and if any of our classmates needed help she did not hesitate to help out in any way. Please accept my sincere condolences. Connie was an angel here on earth and there is no doubt in my mind Heaven has gained another angel up above. Praying for her family.
